Cinnamon Sugar Bread

Bread Ingredients
2 C all-purpose flour
1 T baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1/2 C granulated sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 C milk (I used skim)
2 t. vanilla extract
1/3 C plain Greek yogurt or sour cream (I used half of each)

Swirl Ingredients
1/3 C granulated sugar
1/4 C Don’t Go Nuts Cinnamon Sugar Soy Spread
1/4 C milk

Glaze Ingredients
1/2 C powdered sugar
1 T water

Crumble Topping
1 C brown sugar
1 C all-purpose flour
1/4 C butter
1/4 C Don’t Go Nuts Cinnamon Sugar Soy Spread

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a bread pan (9×5) by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray or greasing lightly with butter.
2. In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
3. In a small bowl combine egg, milk, vanilla, and yogurt or sour cream.
4. Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir to combine. Pour into bread pan.
5. In a small bowl combine swirl ingredients. Use a tablespoon to drop spoonful’s of this mixture over the bread. Use a knife to cut mixture into bread batter. DO NOT STIR!!
6. Bake for 45 – 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry.
7. Let stand to cool about 15 minutes. Transfer to cooling rack and let cool for about 15 minutes.
8. Meanwhile, make glaze and crumble topping by combining ingredients in separate bowls.
9. When the bread has completely cooled, drizzle Glaze over bread. Cover with Crumble Topping. Serve.
